Can I try a lesson before purchasing?
Yes – you can access the entire first lesson, with the exception of the speaking tasks. Since these involve real-time interaction with our AI speaking trainer, they are not included in the free trial. However, you’ll be able to listen to a recorded sample session with Aurelia to see exactly how the speaking practice works.

The course includes access to 20 speaking tasks, which covers one attempt for each speaking activity in the course. This is equivalent to around 150 minutes of practice time. If you’d like to keep practising, you can purchase extra speaking packs at any time.
How do I receive feedback on my speaking?
After each AI session, you’ll receive structured feedback and a transcript of your performance. This helps you reflect on your speaking and improve over time.
Is there direct support from the instructor?
Yes – within your My Account area, you’ll find a form to submit questions to Aurelia, whether academic or technical. You’ll receive a personalised reply within 48 hours.

Yes – all prices include 21% VAT for customers in Spain. VAT is automatically adjusted based on your location.
Do you offer a money‑back guarantee?
Yes – you have a 15-day “satisfaction or refund” guarantee. If you’re not satisfied and have completed less than 20% of the course, we’ll refund the full course fee, excluding any completed speaking tasks.
