General Terms and Conditions of Contract

2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract
The use or contracting of the products and/or services offered on https://ready4cambridge.com (hereinafter, “the Platform”) implies acceptance of the following general terms and conditions of contract (hereinafter, “General Terms”).
3. Description of Services
Ready4Cambridge offers the following educational services:
- Online B2 Course: Available in two modalities, one for self-study and another with teacher support.
- Online Classes: Delivered via Google Meet, available for all levels.
All course material is hosted on the Platform and accessible to registered users.
4. Contracting Process
To contract any of the services offered by Ready4Cambridge, it is necessary to register on the Platform during the purchase process. You will be required to accept these General Terms and provide the necessary personal data.
4.1 Registration Procedure
The user must complete the registration form with truthful and accurate information. Once registered, the user will receive a confirmation email.
4.2 Purchase Procedure
To purchase one of the services, the user must select the desired course or class and follow the purchase instructions specified on the Platform. Payment will be made through the Stripe payment gateway.
5. Price and Payment Method
The prices of courses and services are indicated on the Platform and shown in euros (€). Ready4Cambridge uses Stripe as the payment method, accepting credit and debit card payments.
5.1 Taxes
Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Any other applicable tax will be indicated to the user before contracting.
5.2 Billing
The user will receive an electronic invoice for the contracted service at the email address provided during registration.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
As the courses are digital products, cancellation and refund are allowed within 7 days after purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be attended.
6.1 Cancellation Procedure
To request cancellation, the user must send an email to admin@ready4cambridge.com within the specified period. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Enrollment Requirements
- The courses are open to anyone with an intermediate level of English who wishes to prepare for the B2 level.
- The online classes are adaptable to any level.
8. Duration and Schedules
- Online B2 Course: Access is available for 12 months from registration, 24 hours a day.
- Online Classes: They last 30 minutes and the user can choose the most convenient time within the available hours of the teacher.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The rights to the course material belong to Ready4Cambridge and Macmillan, whose content is used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or any unauthorized use of the course content is prohibited.
9.1 Use of Material
The user agrees to use the course material exclusively for personal training and not to share it with third parties.
9.2 Infringements
Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation.

10.1 Data Protection
Ready4Cambridge guarantees the protection of personal data provided by users in accordance with current data protection legislation.
11. Modification of the General Terms
Ready4Cambridge reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time, notifying users through the Platform.
11.1 Notification of Changes
Any change in the General Terms will be notified to the user via email and will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the services offered, Ready4Cambridge and the user submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
